Code Fest is Exadel’s global contest — open to every employee, regardless of role, team, or location.

What is this Hackathon about?
This is not about building something ideal.
This is about building something useful. Prototype solutions that reduce manual work, speed up internal processes, and improve quality across Exadel operations
Together, we’ll spot, support, and celebrate the best ideas and the brightest minds at Exadel.
Exadel Code Fest Rules
- Team size: 2–3 people
- Deliverables: functional prototype + short presentation for Demo Day
- AI assistants allowed under corporate data/security guidelines

Do I need an idea before joining?
No – you’ll get it during the hackathon kickoff.
When will hackathon challenges be announced?
Challenges will be revealed during the kickoff session on April 17.
What programming languages can I use?
Any programming language can be used.
Do I need to be an engineer to participate?
Not at all – you don’t need to be an engineer or have a strong programming background. Even if you’re far from coding, you can still contribute by helping find creative solutions to the challenge.
Do I need a team for the hackathon?
Yes, the Hackathon is a team competition.
Participants without a team can find teammates in the Slack channel.
Are AI tools allowed?
Yes. Approved AI tools can be used as assistants, but participants should understand and justify their solutions.
How will winners be selected?
Solutions will be evaluated by a jury based on:
– Impact
– Innovation
– Technical implementation
– Presentation quality
