    Natallia Raparovich 

    Director of Operations

    • Natallia started her journey in Recruitment in 2014. For over 3.5 years Natallia served the combined functions of a Recruiter, HRM and Staffing Manager, after which she received the position of a Lead Recruiter. As a Lead Recruiter, she built the frameworks that developed the team and the department even further. Two years ago, Natallia  was promoted and she has been working as the Director of Operations ever since. 
    • Natallia loves her profession and is interested in everything that relates to HRM. She is perpetuum mobile driving the team ahead.       
    • She is proud of creating an amazing team that always moves the company forward.  The basis she founded has been working effectively and smoothly till today.    
    • She is always ready to share her experience and initiated the practice of knowledge-sharing which helps recruiters grow professionally and motivates them.  
    • She is proactive, swift, and effective and manages to do all this and more on time!
    • Natallia loves psychology and zumba, but it looks like her favorite hobby is her job!

    • Darya likes being a recruiter because of meeting new people, making an influence on people’s careers, and building strong relationships with candidates and managers. She also likes the flexibility of this job – opportunity to communicate with people from different countries and usage of foreign language.
    • Is proud of her career growth and thinks that anything is possible if you put effort into it.
    • Has hired 27 people in 3 months. Most of them were in new locations, and she was the first recruiter to find them.

    • Previously, Hanna worked at a bank but then decided to take advantage of her technical education. Hanna used to write code, and she enjoys communicating with people from the IT field. As a recruiter, she is in constant contact with them and finds new talents to help the company progress.
    • Has found a project leader through a telegram channel within a week, while  it was impossible to find one for 2 months before that.
    • Within her first year of working at Exadel, she became a key-Recruiter. Hanna says that from now on, she will help her team reach success together.

    • Anna likes being a recruiter for the opportunity to meet new people, influence people’s careers and build strong relationships with candidates and managers. She feels indispensable in the recruitment process.
